个性化护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后生活的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨个性化护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后生活的影响。方法 随机将我院收治的100 例妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者 分为观察组与对照组，各50 例。对照组患者术后采用常规的治疗与护理措施，以此为基础，观察组患者术后接受个性化的护 理服务，根据相关标准对两组患者术后的生活质量进行观察对比。结果 观察组患者的SAS 及SDS 评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组，除CD8+以外，患者的IgA、IgG、IgM 以及CD3+、CD4+均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量合 格率高达94.00%，显著高于对照组的72.00%（P<0.05）。结论 对妇科恶性肿瘤患者施以个性化护理，患者术后的生活质量可 以得到较大幅度的改善。

Influence of individualized nursing on postoperative life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing on postoperative life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor. Methods A total of 100 patients with gynecological malignant tumor surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing measures; on this basis, patients in the observation group received individualized nursing, the quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared according to relevant standards. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Except for CD8+, the IgA, IgG, IgM and CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The pass rate of quality of life in the observation group was as high as 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 72.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Idividualized nursing has significant effect on postoperative life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor, the patients`` quality of life can be substantially improved.
