气压治疗预防高龄产妇剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓形成的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨早期双下肢气压治疗预防高龄产妇剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 选取我院2016 年2 月至2016 年12 月剖宫产术后行双下肢气压治疗的高龄产妇86 例为治疗组，通过病历回顾选取2015年2月至2015年12月剖宫产分 娩的高龄产妇65 例为对照组。对照组给予常规剖宫产围手术期护理；在对照组基础上，治疗组产妇术后返回病房后立即给 予双下肢气压治疗。观察两组产妇产后42 d 内静脉血栓发生情况。结果 治疗组有3 例发生下肢静脉血栓，对照组有10 例发 生静脉血栓，两组有效预防静脉血栓率分别为96.51%、84.62%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 剖宫产术后早期双下肢 气压治疗可有效预防高龄产妇剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓的形成，值得推广。

Effect of pressure therapy in prevention of venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cesarean section in elderly puerpera

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of early pressure treatment of double lower extremities on prevention of venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cesarean section in elderly puerpera. Methods From February 2016 to December 2016, 86 cases of elderly puerpera with pressure treatment of double lower extremities after cesarean section in our hospital were enrolled into the treatment group. Through retrospective analysis of medical records, 65 cases of elderly puerpera delivered by cesarean section from February 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the control group. The control group was given routine cesarean section perioperative nursing; on the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given pressure treatment of double lower extremity immediately after return to the ward. The incidence of venous thromboembolism within 42 d after delivery was observed in two groups. Results Venous thrombosis occurred in 3 cases in the treatment group and occurred in 10 cases in the control group. The effective rates of venous thrombosis prevention in the two groups were 96.51% and 84.62% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early pressure treatment of double lower extremity after cesarean section in elderly puerpera can effectively prevent the venous thrombosis of lower extremities, which is worthy of promotion.
