舒适护理干预在妊娠高血压患者中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理干预在妊娠高血压患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2014 年1 月至2017 年3 月我院收治的100 例妊 娠高血压患者，按照入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，各50 例。观察组给予舒适护理干预，对照组患者给予常规护理干 预。比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果 护理后，两组患者的舒张压及收缩压均降低，且观察组的收缩压及舒张压水平均明 显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度为94.00%，明显高于对照组的76.00%（P<0.05）；观察组无焦虑占比明显 高于对照组，重度焦虑发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 给予妊娠高血压患者舒适护理干预临床效果显著，降低患者 血压，缓解患者焦虑情绪，具有临床推广应用价值。

Application effect of comfort nursing intervention in patients with gestational hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing intervention in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission sequences, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given comfort nursing intervention, and the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.00%, which was higher than 76.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of no anxiety in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of severe anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of comfort nursing intervention in patients with gestational hypertension is remarkable, it can reduce the blood pressure and releive anxiey for the patients, which has clinical application and popurlarization.
