剖宫产围产期护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓的预防分析

摘要：

目的 分析在剖宫产产妇中实施围产期护理干预对术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的预防作用。方法 将2015 年6 月至 2016 年6 月我院收治的88 例剖宫产产妇根据入院顺序将其分为对照组与观察组，各44 例。对照组给予妇产科常规护理，观 察组在对照组护理基础上给予围产期护理干预。观察两组产妇并发症发生率，护理后两组血小板水平、活化部分凝血活酶时 间（APTT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）。结果 观察组的术后并发症总发生率为9.09%，低于对照组的34.09%（P<0.05）；观察组产妇的 APTT、PT、血小板水平均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 围产期护理干预有效降低了剖宫产产妇术后并发症发生率，减轻了产妇 的痛苦，加速了产妇的康复进程，值得在妇产科推广。

Prevention of perinatal nursing intervention on deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in cesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the prevention effect of perinatal nursing intervention in cesarean section on deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremities. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 88 cases maternal with cesarean section in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given obstetrics and gynecology routine nursing, the observation group was given perinatal nursing based on the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications, platelet level, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 9.09%, which was significantly lower than 34.09% in the control group (P<0.05). The APTT, PT and platelet levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the pain of maternal, accelerate the recovery process of maternal, which is worthy of promotion in obstetrics and gynecology department.
