浅谈手术室一次性无菌物品的高效管理措施

摘要：

目的 浅谈手术室一次性无菌物品的高效管理措施。方法 回顾性分析我院2015 年1 月至2015 年12 月（实施前）手术 室一次性无菌物品的管理情况，根据此时间存在的问题制定出高效管理措施；2016 年1 月至2016 年12 月（实施后）严格执 行高效管理措施。比较高效管理措施实施前、后一次性无菌物品抽查合格率和医疗服务满意度。结果 高效管理措施实施后，一次性无菌物品抽查合格率明显高于实施前（P<0.05）。高效管理措施实施后，手术医生满意度、供货及时性满意度、无菌环 境满意度均显著上升，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室一次性无菌物品的高效管理措施有利于提高手术室无菌 物品的管理质量和医疗服务满意度，从而促进相关医护人员的工作效率，值得在临床工作中推广使用。

Efficient management measures of disposable sterile items in the operating room

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the efficient management measure of disposable sterile items in the operating room. Methods The management condition of operating room disposable sterile items in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 (before implementation) was retrospectively analyzed, and the efficient management measures were developed according to the existing problems; the efficient management measures were strictly enforced from January 2016 to December 2016 (after implementation). Disposable sterile items sampling rate and medical service satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of efficient management measures. Results After the implementation of efficient management measures, the sampling rate of disposable sterile items was significantly higher than that before the implementation (P<0.05). After the implementation of efficient management measures, the satisfaction of surgical doctors, timely delivery and aseptic environment increased significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficient management measures of disposable sterile items in the operating room is helpful to improve the management quality and medical service satisfaction of the sterile items in the operating room, so as to promote the working efficiency of the relevant medical staff, which should be popularized in clinical work.
