冠心病患者血清miRNA表达与糖代谢异常的相关性分析

摘要:

目的 探讨冠心病患者血清miRNA 表达与糖代谢异常的相关性。方法 选取我院心内科收治的45例患者为研究对象, 分为对照组、冠心病组和合并组(糖尿病并冠心病),各15例。采用实时定量PCR 技术对不同分组患者血清中miR-126及 miR-146进行检测,比较三组患者的miR-126及miR-146表达水平。结果 冠心病组及合并组患者较对照组miR-126在体内 的表达水平明显较高(P<0.05),miR-146表达水平三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 冠心病患者血清miRNA 表达水平与糖代谢异常的存在一定的相关性,血清miRNA检测可在临床中作为指导糖尿病大血管病变诊断的参考依据。

    Correlation analysis of abnormal glucose metabolism and serum miRNA expression

     in patients with coronary heart disease

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the correlation of the abnormal glucose metabolism and serum miRNA expression in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Forty-five patients admitted in cardiovascular department in our hospital were divided into control group, coronary heart disease group and combination group (diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease), with 15 cases in each group. The expression levels of the serum miR-126 and miR-146 of the three groups were detected by real-time quantitative PCR technique. The expression levels of the serum miR-126 and miR-146 of the three groups were compared. Results The expression levels of the serum miR-126 of the coronary heart disease group and combination group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the expression levels of the serum miR-146 of three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There is certain correlation of the abnormal glucose metabolism and serum miRNA in patients with coronary heart disease. It can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of diabetic macrovascular disease in clinic.
