超声在针灸减肥对腹部脂肪影响研究中的应用价值

摘要:

目的 探讨针灸减肥治疗对腹部脂肪影响研究中超声检查的应用价值。方法 纳入单纯性肥胖女性30例,在腹针治疗前、治疗后的1个月、2个月末,分别测量体重指数(BMI),同时用超声测量皮下及肝前脂肪层厚度,分析其治疗前、后的变化及其相关关系。结果 患者治疗前与治疗后1个月、2个月比较,BMI分别下降(3.29±1.35)kg/m2 和(3.76±1.39)kg/m(2P<0.001);皮下脂肪厚度减少分别为(0.01±0.03)cm(P=0.1981)和(0.15±0.15)cm(P<0.001);肝前脂肪减少分别为(0.03±0.07)cm(P=0.0205)和(0.07±0.08)cm(P<0.001)。治疗2个月后BMI变化与腹壁、肝前脂肪变化的Spearman相关系数分别为0.9329 和0.7962。结论 超声检查发现针灸减肥疗效和BMI 指数下降有相关性,同时提示肝前脂肪减少先于腹壁脂肪减少的现象。因此,超声检查能为苏丹地区针灸治疗单纯性肥胖的研究提供可靠手段。

    The application value of ultrasound examination in the study of the effect of acupuncture

     therapy upon the abdominal fat

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the value of ultrasound examination in the study of the effect of acupuncture therapy upon the abdominal fat. Methods Thirty Sudanese women with simple obesity were selected. The body mass index (BMI) before abdominal acupuncture treatment, at the end of 1 month, 2 months after treatment were measured. Meanwhile, abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness and prehepatic fat thickness were measured by ultrasound, the changes before and after treatment and their correlativity were analyzed. Results Compared with that before treatment, BMI at the end of 1 month, 2 months after treatment decreased (3.29±1.35) kg/m2 and (1.35±1.39) kg/m2 respectively (P<0.001); subcutaneous fat thickness reduced (0.01±0.03) cm (P=0.1981) and (0.1981±0.15) cm (P<0.001) respectively; prehepatic fat thickness reduced (0.03±0.07) cm (P=0.0205) and (0.07±0.08) cm (P<0.001) respectively. After 2 months of treatment, the Spearman correlation coefficients between the BMI and the subcutaneous fat and prehepatic fat were 0.9329 and 0.7962 respectively. Conclusion The results of ultrasound examination revealed that there is a correlativity between effect of acupuncture therapy for losing weight and BMI, and that the prehepatic fat decrease earlier than the subcutaneous fat after abdominal needle acupuncture therapy. Therefore, ultrasound examination can be a reliable means to help acupuncture treatment for simple obesity in Sudan.
