胸部调强放疗和适行放疗的误差分析

摘要：

目的 分析与对比胸部调强放疗和适行放疗的误差情况。方法 2013年1月到2016年4月选择在我院诊治的乳腺癌患者80例，根据放疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组，各40例，两组都给予乳腺癌保乳术，术后对照组给予三维适行放疗，观察组给予调强放疗，记录放疗误差情况。结果 两组患者均按照计划完成放射治疗及摆位验证，观察组X偏差值（1.52±0.41）mm，Y偏差值（1.39±0.43）mm，Z偏差值（1.43±0.31）mm；对照组X偏差值（2.21±1.39）mm，Y偏差值（2.09±1.41）mm，Z偏差值（2.18±1.70）mm，组间比较差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 相较于适行放疗，调强放疗在胸部乳腺癌保乳术后的应用能减少放疗误差，有很好的临床应用价值。

Error analysis of thoracic intensity modulated radiation therapy

and conformal radiotherapy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and compare the error of thoracic intensity modulated radiation therapy and conformal radiotherapy. Methods Eighty patients with mammary cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2016 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to the different methods of radiotherapy, 40 cases in each group. Both of the two groups were given breast conserving surgery, and the control group received three -dimensional conformal radiotherapy, and the observation group was treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy, and the error situation was recorded. Results Two groups of patients were completed radiation therapy and put a bit of verification. The deviation in the observation group of X was (1.52±0.41) mm, the deviation of Y was (1.39±0.43) mm, and the deviation of Z was (1.43±0.31) mm, while the deviation value in the control group of X was (2.21±1.39) mm, the Y deviation value was (2.09±1.41) mm, the Z deviation value was (2.18±1.70) mm. The differences between the two groups were obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of intensity modulated radiation therapy in breast conserving surgery for breast cancer can reduce the error of radiotherapy and has good clinical application value.
