核磁共振技术在诊断膝关节损伤中的临床价值

摘要:

目的 研究核磁共振技术(MRI)在诊断膝关节损伤中的临床应用。方法 选取我院2015年4月至2016年5月收治的64例膝关节损伤患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组32例。研究组患者均进行核磁共振检测,对照组患者均采用CT检查,以关节镜检查结果作为诊断标准,分析两组的检查结果。结果 用关节镜检查患者的骨质、韧带、关节腔、半月板的改变情 ,研究组共发现109处,对照组发现105处。研究组检测的准确率为100.00%(109/109),显著高于对照组的80.95%(85/105),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 核磁共振技术用于膝关节损伤的诊断,准确率高,操作简单、快速、无创,值得 临床推广。

    The clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury

    ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical application of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injurys. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with knee joint injuries from April 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The patients in research group were given MRI detection, while the patients in control group were accepted CT detection. With the results of arthroscopy as the diagnostic criteria, the results of the two groups were analyzed. Results After arthroscopy, the changes of bone, ligament, joint cavity and meniscus in the study group were 109, while the control group changed by a total of 105. The accuracy rate of the patients in research group was 100.00%(109/109), which was significantly higher than that of the patients in control group which was 80.95% (85/105), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of MRI in diagnosis of knee joint injury has high accuracy, simple, fast and noninvasive operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
