药品监管部门对药品不良反应的有效监测和应对策略

摘要：

目的 探讨对药品不良反应监测方面药品监督管理部门存在的不足，并制定相应的应对措施。方法 收集2012年1月至2016年6月多家医疗机构上报的40例药品不良反应事件，统计不良反应所涉及药物种类及比例，不良反应累及的器官及其所占比例和最后治疗的结局，分析药品监督管理部门在药品不良反应监测方面存在的工作弊端。结果 根据问题提出相应的解决措施，确保药品不良反应监测工作的顺利进行。结论 加强药品监督管理部门对药品不良反应监测手段，加强药品各阶段管理，并及时上报，提高药品风险控制率。

The effective monitoring and response strategies to adverse drug reaction by

the drug regulatory department

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the shortcomings of the drug supervision and administration department in the monitoring of adverse drug reaction, and formulate corresponding measures. Methods several medical institutions reported 40 cases of adverse drug reaction events from January 2012 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects, the statistical adverse reactions involving the types and proportion of drug, adverse reactions involving organs and their proportion and the final treatment outcome were analyzed. Analysis of the shortcomings of the drug supervision and administration departments in adverse drug reaction monitoring was performed. Results According to the problem, the corresponding measures were put forward to ensure the smooth progress of the adverse reaction monitoring. Conclusion To strengthen the drug supervision and management department of adverse drug reaction monitoring means, strengthen the management of each phase of the drug, and timely report, improve the drug risk control rate.
