不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效研究

摘要：

目的 探讨不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法 选择我院2014年2月至2016年2月收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者226例，所有患者均采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗，根据患者用药剂量不同将其分为甲组（用药剂量为10mg）、乙组（用药剂量为20mg），每组均为113例患者，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 乙组治疗总有效率为94.69%，明显高于甲组的83.18%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后左室舒张末期内径（LVESDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）及BNP水平均较治疗前明显改善，而乙组LVEF明显高于甲组，BNP水平明显低于甲组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在常规治疗基础上，给予老年慢性心力衰竭患者大剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗，能改善患者心功能指标，增强治疗效果，值得推广。

Effect of different doses of rosuvastatin on elderly patients with chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of different doses of rosuvastatin on elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Two hundred and twenty-six cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected, and all the patients used rosuvastatin for treatment. According to the different doses of the rosuvastatin, the patients were divided into group A (with a dose of 10 mg) and the group B (with a dose of 20 mg), with 113 patients in each group. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effect rate of the group B was 94.69%, which was significantly higher than 83.18% of the group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of LVESDD, LVEF and BNP of the two groups were improved significant, and the level of LVEF of the group B was obvious higher than the group A, while the level of BNP was obviously lower than that of the group A (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of regular treatment, a large dose of rosuvastatin for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can improve their parameters of cardiac function, and enhence the therapeutic effect. Therefore, it was worth popularizing.
