前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效与安全性分析

摘要：

目的 探讨在对早期糖尿病肾病治疗中使用前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液的疗效与安全性。方法 选取2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者86例，根据患者的住院顺序均分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。所有患者都给予常规治疗，对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上使用前列地尔注射液治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上使用丹参注射液联合治疗，对比两组患者的疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%，明显优于对照组的79.07%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的血脂水平较治疗前均有明显变化，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）及24h尿微量蛋白（U-ALB）水平均低于治疗前，且观察组患者低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果较好，能够改善患者的血脂情况，降低Scr、BUN 及U-ALB水平，值得推广。

Curative effect and security analysis of alprostadil injection combined with salvia mittiorrhiza on early diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the curative effect and security of alprostadil injection combined with salvia mittiorrhiza on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty six cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to hospitalization sequence, with 43 cases in each group. All the patients accepted routine therapy, the control group added alprostadil injection on the basis of routine therapy, while the observation group added salvia mittiorrhiza. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%, which was superior to 79.07% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood lipid of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the levels of blood lipid of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Scr、BUN and U-ALB of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of Scr、BUN and U-ALB of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil injection combined with salvia mittiorrhiza in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy has significant clinical effect, which can not only improve the blood lipid, but also decrease the levels of Scr, BUN and U-ALB. It is worthy of popularization in clinic.
