天麻钩藤饮治疗帕金森病临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察天麻钩藤饮治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年7月我院神经内科收治的帕金森病 患者96 例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（48例）和观察组（48例）。对照组患者给予美多芭片口服治疗；观察组患者在对照组基础上加用天麻钩藤饮治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后的UPDRS评分、睡眠质量评分及临床疗效。结果 治疗后，两组患者 的UPDRS评分和睡眠质量评分均明显优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的UPDRS评分和睡眠 质量评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 天麻钩藤饮在帕金森病治疗中具有良好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with Parkinson's disease admitted in Neurology Department in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected, all the patients were divided into control group (48 cases) and observation group (48 cases) according to the digital random method. The control group accepted madopar tablets, while the observation group received Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of the control group. The UPDRS scores, sleep quality scores and clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the UPDRS scores and sleep quality scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the UPDRS score and sleep quality score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effectively rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
