定痫汤加减联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察并分析临床在对癫痫患者治疗过程中，应用定痫汤加减联合丙戊酸钠的临床效果。方法 选择我院神经内科 收治的癫痫患者128 例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各64例，分别予以丙戊酸钠单药及定痫汤加减联合丙戊酸钠进行治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者癫痫发作频率的总有效率为93.7%，显著高于对照组的75.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者癫痫发作程度的总有效率为93.7%，显著高于对照组的75.0%，差异有统计学意义 （P<0.05）；对照组不良反应的总发生率为50.0%，显著高于观察组的12.5%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 癫痫患者可以使用定痫汤加减联合丙戊酸钠进行治疗，对于缓解患者症状的作用显著，可减少癫痫患者的发作频率和程度。且两药联用不良反应小，安全性较高，建议临床推广使用。

The therapeutic effect observation of Dingxian decoction combined with sodium valproate on epilepsy

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Dingxian decoction combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods One hundred and twenty -eight cases of patients with epilepsy admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 64 cases in each group, and were respectively treated with sodium valproate monotherapy and Dingxian decoction combined with sodium valproate. The treatment effects in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of seizure frequency was 93.7% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate of seizure degree was 93.7% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 50.0%, which was significantly higher than 12.5% in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with epilepsy can use the Dingxian decoction combined with sodium valproate for treatment, and the effect of symptom relief for patients is significant, it can decrease seizure frequency and seizure degree. The combination of the two drugs for patients has little adverse reactions and high safety, which is recommended to use in clinic.
