椎动脉型颈椎病发病机制研究进展

摘要:

通过对近年来椎动脉型颈椎病发病因素的论述进行综合分析,总结出其发病因素:中医基本以气血不足、肝肾亏虚为“本”,以痰、瘀、风、火为“标”;现代医学主要有颈椎周围软组织痉挛压迫刺激椎动脉,体液因素有血管内皮素等物质的升高, 椎动脉变细、迂曲、硬化,交感神经受激引起的椎动脉痉挛等学说;心理因素也是本病发病因素之一。本文进一步提出研究的思路和趋势,为临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供新的依据。

    ABSTRACT:Objective Based on the comprehensive analysis of the pathogenesis of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis in recent years, pathogenic factors are summarized. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on insufficiency of vital energy and blood, deficiency of liver and kidney as "origin", and phlegm, blood stasis, wind and fire as the "external factors". Modern medicine think that the pathogenesis of mainly referes to the cervical soft tissue spasm because of vertebral artery compression stimulation, humoral factors of increased vascular endothelial pigment and other substances, and thinned, tortuous, hardened vertebral artery, irritated sympathetic nerve caused by vertebral artery spasm. Additionally, the psychological factors are also risk factors of this disease. As a result, this paper is to put forward new ideas and trends for further study, to provide a new basis for clinical treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
