纤支镜技术治疗ICU内机械通气合并肺部感染患者的研究

摘要：

作为一种诊疗手段，支气管镜技术日臻成熟，而在此基础上发展而来的支气管镜下肺泡灌洗及给药技术极大地拓展了其在临床中的应用领域，尤其是对ICU内的肺部感染患者而言，通过镜下吸痰、灌洗，可有效清除目标病灶的痰液及炎性分泌物，迅速缓解小气道阻塞程度。同时，深部取痰标本快速准确，为抗菌药物的选择提供有效证据，可明显改善局部和全身感染症状，利于疾病的预后。

The research of fiberobronchoscopy in the treatment of patients with mechanical ventilation

associated with pulmonary infection

ABSTRACT: As an effective diagnosis and treatment method, bronchial microscope technology is becoming more and more popular. On this basis, the subsequent development of the bronchoalveolar lavage and local drug delivery technologies under the fiberobronchoscopy greatly expand the clinical application, especially for ICU patients with pulmonary. For them, on one hand, through the microscope sputum suction and lavage, can effectively remove the sputum and inflammatory secretion of the starget lesions, quickly relieve small airways'obstruction. On the other hand, getting the sputum specimens quickly and accurately can provide effective evidence for the choice of antibiotics, significantly improve the local and systemic infection symptoms of patients, then conducive to the prognosis of the disease.
