心理护理在产后抑郁症康复中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨并分析心理护理在产后抑郁症患者康复中的临床效果。方法 择取于我院妊娠分娩并患有产后抑郁症的80例患者为研究对象，按照是否给予心理护理对所有患者进行分组，接受常规护理和心理护理的40例患者为研究组，仅接受常规护理的40例患者为对照组，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 护理后，两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均优于护理前，且研究组SAS、SDS评分优于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组出院后的服药依从性为95.00%，明显高于对照组的65.00%，差异具有统计学 意义（P<0.05）。结论 在产后抑郁症患者的临床护理中，在常规护理基础上采用心理护理可以提高患者的服药依从性，改善其焦虑、抑郁情况，临床效果显著。

Clinical effect of psychological nursing in postpartum depression rehabilitation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing in postpartum depression rehabilitation. Methods Eighty cases of patients who took childbirth and had postpartum depression in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to whether treated with psychological nursing, all the patients were divided into research group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The research group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing, and the control group accepted routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores of the research group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The medication adherence rate of the research group was 95.00%, which was higher than 65.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical nursing of the postpartum depression, psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing can improve the patients` medication adherence rate, and improve the status of the patients` anxiety and depression, which has significant clinical effect.
