短时多次蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸中的护理效果分析

摘要:

目的 观察短时多次蓝光照射在新生儿黄疸治疗中的临床效果及护理效果。方法 将78例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。两组均给予短时多次蓝光照射治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精心护理。比较两组患儿护理后的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,以及基础护理合格率及家属对护理服务满意度。结果 护理后,两组患儿血清胆红 素水平明显低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后患儿皮疹、腹泻、脱水等不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组基础护理合格率及新生儿家属的护理服务满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在蓝光照射的同时,给予新生儿黄疸患儿精心护理可降低患儿血清胆红素水平,降低不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

    Nursing effect analysis of short-term several times blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

    ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect and nursing effect of short-term several times blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Seventy-eight children with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. Both groups were given short-term several times blue light irradiation, the control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given careful care. The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions, as well as the basic nursing pass rate and the satisfaction rate of nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of serum bilirubin of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). the incidence rate of adverse reactions such as rash, diarrhea and dehydration of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The basic nursing pass rate and the satisfaction rate of nursing staff were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion While accepting blue light, careful nursing can reduce the serum bilirubin level of the children with neonatal jaundice, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
