个性化护理在改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者治疗认知度及治疗信心中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 分析个性化护理在改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者治疗认知度及治疗信心中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的100例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上增加个性化护理，比较两组患者的治疗信心及治疗认知度。结果 护理后，观察组的治疗认知度及治疗信心均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施个性化护理，有利于提高患者的治疗 心及治疗认知度，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of personalized nursing in improving the treatment cognition and therapeutic confidence in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of personalized nursing in improving the treatment cognition and therapeutic confidence in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods One hundred cases of patients who treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group accepted personalized nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The treatment cognition and therapeutic confidence of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the treatment cognition and therapeutic confidence of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is conducive to improve the patients` treatment cognition and therapeutic confidence, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
