临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的效果观察

摘要：
目的 探究临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年7月至2015年12月收治的60例脑出血患者进行护理，征得患者或家属同意后，按照随机序号法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组30 例。对照组患者采用常规方法护理，观察组患者采用临床护理路径进行护理，观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者住院时间为（11.35±1.21）d 短于对照组的（14.62±1.13）d（P<0.05）；观察组患者的并发症发生率为0.00%，低于对照组的10.00%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的 护理满意率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的76.67%（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的临床效果良好，能够明显提高患者的满意率，同时缩短患者的住院时间，值得临床推广与应用。

Effect observation of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Sixty cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing, while patients in the observation group were treated with clinical nursing pathway, and the nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Results The hospital stays of the observation group were (11.35±1.21) d, which was shorter than (14.62±1.13) d of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 0.00%, which was lower than 10.00% of the control group (P<0.05); the satisfaction rate of the observation group (96.67%) was significantly higher than 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage is good, which can significantly improve the patients` satisfaction rate, and simultaneously shorten the hospital stay. So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
