糖尿病肾病患者抗内皮细胞抗体表达与炎性细胞因子水平关系分析

摘要：

目的 分析糖尿病肾病（DN）患者血液中的抗内皮细胞抗体（AECA）与炎性细胞因子水平的关系。方法 选择64例DN患者设为DN组，根据AECA检测结果将其分为AECA阳性组和阴性组，选择34例糖尿病（DM）初诊患者设为糖尿病初诊组，另选择11例健康体检者为健康组，测定所有研究对象的IL-6、TNF-α 和P-选择素。结果 DN组炎性细胞因子水平明显高于DM初诊组和健康组（P<0.05）；DM初诊组炎性细胞因子水平高于健康组（P<0.05）；AECA阳性组炎性细胞因子水平明显高于AECA阴性组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 炎症造成血管损伤并诱发机体产生自身免疫，AECA介导的免疫损伤又可加重内皮细胞功能障碍，二者相互作用对DN患者产生重要作用。

Correlation analysis of anti-endothelial cell antibody expression and inflammatory cytokines levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the correlation of anti-endothelial cell antibody (AECA) expression and inflammatory cytokines levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Sixty -four DN patients were selected as the DN group, and all the patients were divided into AECA positive group and AECA negative group, while 34 diabetic (DM) newly diagnosed patients were selected as the DM newly diagnosed group, another 11 healthy examined people were selected as the healthy examined group. The IL-6, TNF-α and P-selectin (PS) were detected through all the study objects. Results The inflammatory cytokines levels of the DN group were higher than those of the DM newly diagnosed group and healthy examined group (P<0.05); and those of the DM newly diagnosed group were higher than the healthy examined group (P<0.05). The inflammatory cytokines levels of the AECA positive group were higher than those of the ECA negative group (P<0.05). Conclusion Inflammation causes vascular damage and induces the body to produce autoimmunity, AECA mediated immune damage also aggravated endothelial cell dysfunction, both interactions play an important role in DN patients.
