关节腔注射玻璃酸钠及罗哌卡因联合关节镜清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察分析关节镜清理术联合玻璃酸钠及罗哌卡因药物注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院 膝关节骨性关节炎患者114例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各57例。对照组患者仅给予关节镜清理术治疗，观察组患者在此基础上给予玻璃酸钠及罗哌卡因药物注射治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗优良率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗 后，两组患者的HSS评分均较治疗前明显增高（P<0.05），且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 玻璃酸钠及罗哌卡因药物注射辅助关节镜清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果良好。

Clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and ropivacaine combined with arthroscopic debridement for knee osteoarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate and ropivacaine injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and fourteen cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table methool, with 57 cases in each group. The control group was only given arthroscopic debridement, while the observation group added intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and ropivacaine on this basis, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05) and the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the HSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05) and the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate and ropivacaine injection assisted arthroscopic debridement for knee osteoarthritis has good therapeutic effect.
