后路椎间盘手术系统治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨后路椎间盘手术系统治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年5月至2016年7月在我院接受治疗的90例腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组45例。对照组患者给予常规手术，观察组患者给予后路椎间盘手术系统。比较两组患者的手术情况、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果 两组手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组术中出血量、镇痛药物使用情况、住院时间明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察 组并发症总发生率为4.44%，明显低于对照组的20.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率为97.78%，明显高 于对照组的77.78%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 后路椎间盘手术系统治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效显著，缩短了治疗时间，降低了并发症发生率，临床上值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of microendoscopic discectomy systematic treatment in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microendoscopic discectomy systematic treatment in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods From May 2014 to July 2016, 90 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis patients admitted in our hospital were chosen and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine surgery, the observation group was given the microendoscopic discectomy systematic treatment. The operation situation, incidence of complications and clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference on operation time between the two groups (P跃0.05). The intraoperative blood loss, nalgesic drug use and hospital stays of the observation groups were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 4.44%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Microendoscopic discectomy systematic treatment in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis has significant clinical effect, it can shorten treatment time and reduce the complications, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
