翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床观察

摘要：

目的 探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床效果。方法 随机选取我科室2014年1月至2016年10月收治的300例翼状胬肉患者（336眼），按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组与对照组，研究组150例（167眼）采取翼状胬肉切 除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术进行治疗，对照组150例（169眼）采取翼状胬肉单纯切除术进行治疗，观察比较两组患者手术角膜创面愈合时间、治愈率、复发率和不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者的角膜创面愈合时间、复发率优于对照组，而治愈率高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组均无严重的不良反应发生。结论 翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术具有较高的治愈率，术后不良反应较少，复发率低，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical observation of pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cells autograft transplantation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cells autograft transplantation. Methods Three hundred cases of pterygium patients (336 eyes) admitted in our department from Jannuary 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into research group and control group according to different treatment methods. The 150 patients (167 eyes) in the research group received pterygium excision combined corneal limbal stem cells autograft transplantation. The 150 patients (169 eyes) in the control group received pterygium resection. The corneal epithelium healing time, cure rate and recurrence rate, incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The corneal epithelium healing time and recurrence rate in the research group were better than those of the control group, the cure rate in the research group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no serious adverse events in both groups. Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cells autograft transplantation is a kind of safe and effective therapeutic method with high cure rate, less adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate.
