锁定钢板微创治疗四肢近关节端骨折的临床有效性分析

摘要：

目的 探讨锁定钢板微创治疗四肢近关节端骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的100例四肢近关节端骨折患者为研究对象，依据随机平均法分为参照组与研究组，各50例。参照组患者给予单纯的钢板螺钉内固 定治疗，研究组患者给予锁定钢板微创治疗。治疗后对两组患者的手术情况、临床治疗效果以及关节功能评分进行比较。结果 研究组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间显著优于参照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者关节功能评分显著高于参照组患者，差异具 有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对四肢近关节端骨折患者给予锁定钢板微创治疗，可取得良好的治疗效果，且不良反应少，值 得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of minimally invasive treatment of proximal limb fractures with locking plate

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of proximal limb fractures with locking plate. Methods One hundred cases of patients with proximal joint fractures of limbs from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into reference group and study group according to random mean method. The patients in the reference group were treated with pure plate screw internal fixation, while the patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive treatment of the locking plate. After treatment, the operation situation, clinical treatment effects and joint function scores of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The scores of joint function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment with locking plate in the treatment of patients with proximal joint fractures of limbs can achieve good therapeutic effect, with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
