乳酸依沙吖啶联合米非司酮终止瘢痕子宫中孕妊娠的效果

摘要：

目的 观察乳酸依沙吖啶联合米非司酮在瘢痕子宫中孕引产的效果。方法 选取我院收治的瘢痕子宫妊娠患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用乳酸依沙吖啶治疗，观察组采用乳酸依沙吖啶联合米非司酮治疗，对比两组患者的引产效果。结果 观察组患者的胎盘排出时间、胎儿娩出时间、总引产时间、宫缩开始时间、软产道损伤率、胎盘残留率、出血量、宫颈成熟率均优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 乳酸依沙吖啶联合米非司酮在瘢痕子宫中孕引产的效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical effect of ethacridine lactate combined with mifepristone in ending intermediate induced

labor of scarred uterus

ABS TRACT: Objective To observe the effect of ethacridine lactate combined with mifepristone in ending intermediate induced labor of scarred uterus. Methods Sixty cases of uterine scar pregnancy patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used ethacridine lactate, while the observation group was treated with ethacridine lactate combined with mifepristone. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The placenta discharge time, fetal delivery time, total labor time, time of uterine contraction, injury of soft birth canal, placental retention rate, bleeding volume, cervical ripening rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of ethacridine lactate combined with mifepristone in ending intermediate induced labor of scarred uterus is remarkable, which is worth popularizing.
