丹参川芎嗪注射液在冠心病合并慢性心衰患者中的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液在冠心病合并慢性心衰患者治疗中的疗效。方法 将80例冠心病合并慢性心衰患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规利尿剂、ACEI、β受体阻滞剂治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗，两组患者的疗程均为2周。比较两组患者的心功能改善情况（临床症状，血浆NT-ProBNP、LVEF 水平）。结果 治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率为85.00%，明显高于对照组的65.00%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的血浆NT-ProBNP、LVEF水平均改善，治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在冠心病合并慢性心衰患者治疗中，在常规抗心衰药物的基础上增加丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗更有利于改善心功能，减少再住院率，减少患者的经济负担。

Efficacy of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with

chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure. Methods Eighty cases of patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine diuretics, ACEI and β blockers, while the treatment group was treated with Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on the basis of the control group, both groups treated for 2 weeks. The improvements of heart function (clinical symptoms, plasma NT-ProBNP, LVEF levels) in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.00%, which was higher than 65.00% of the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the plasma NT-ProBNP and LVEF levels in the two groups improved, those in the treatment group were significantly beteer than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti heart failure treatment, the Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection treatment is more conducive to improv the heart function, which can reduce the rate of rehospitalization and the economic burden of patients.
