胃癌肝转移患者经肝动脉EAP栓塞化疗方案联合常规分割外放疗治疗的效果观察

摘要：
目的 探讨经肝动脉EAP栓塞化疗方案联合常规分割外放疗治疗胃癌肝转移患者的临床疗效。方法 随机将100例胃癌肝转移患者分为两组，分别行单纯经肝动脉EAP栓塞化疗（对照组50例）与经肝动脉EAP栓塞化疗方案联合常规分割外放疗（观察组50例）治疗，比较两组疗效。结果 观察组临床疗效、治疗后各项血清因子水平、生活质量评分均明显优于对照 组（P<0.05）。结论 采用经肝动脉EAP栓塞化疗方案联合常规分割外放疗方式对胃癌肝转移患者进行治疗效果显著，有利于改善患者血清因子水平，并可提高患者生活质量，可推广。

Effect of transcatheter arterial EAP chemoembolization combined with conventional external radiotherapy
for patients with liver metastases from gastric cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (EAP) combined with conventional fractionated external beam radiotherapy in the treatment of liver metastases from gastric cancer. Methods One hundred cases of liver metastasis from gastric cancer patients were divided into two groups, respectively treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (50 cases in control group) and transcatheter arterial embolization of EAP chemotherapy combined with conventional external radiotherapy (50 cases in observation group), the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical curative effect, the level of serum factors and quality of life score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Using transcatheter arterial EAP chemoembolization combined with conventional fractionated external radiotherapy methods for gastric cancer patients with liver metastases treatment effect is remarkable. It is conducive to the improvement of serum factor the level of patients, and can improve the quality of life of the patients, which can be promoted.
