头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合雾化吸入治疗对慢阻肺疾病患者急性加重期肺功能的影响

摘要：
目的 探究头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合雾化吸入治疗对慢阻肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者肺功能的影响。方法 选取我院2015年3月至2016年9月收治的84例AECOPD患者为研究对象，依入院顺序分为对照组和观察组，各42例。对照组患者入院后即接受化痰、抗感染、维持水电解质平衡等常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上接受头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合痰热清雾化吸入治疗，将两组患者治疗后动脉血气、肺功能及治疗效果进行对比。结果 观察组治疗后PaO2水平明显高于对照 组，PaCO2水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后肺功能指标FVC、FEV水平均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%，高于对照组的73.81%（P<0.05）。结论 AECOPD患者接受头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合痰热清雾化吸入具有确切的治疗效果，可显著改善其动脉血气指标及肺功能。

Effect of cefoperazone sulbactam combined with aerosol inhalation on lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of cefoperazone sulbactam combined with aerosol inhalation on lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods From March 2015 to September 2016, 84 AECOPD patients treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by the order of hospitalization, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment with eliminating phlegm, anti -infection, maintaining water -electrolyte balance; and on this basis, the observation group took cefoperazone sulbactam combined with aerosol inhalation of Tanreqing. The arterial blood gas, lung function and curative effect of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the level of PaO2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the level of PaCO2 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the levels of FVC, FEV of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of observation group was 90.48%, which was higher than 73.81% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cefoperazone sulbactam combined with aerosol inhalation of Tanreqing used in AECOPD patients achieves definite curative effect and significantly improves the indexes of arterial blood gas and lung function.
