慢阻肺合并重症呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并重症呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的40例慢阻肺合并重症呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组与观察组，各20例。对照组患者给予对症治疗，观察组患者在对症治疗基础上加以无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者住院时间及住院费用明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%， 明显高于对照组的75.00%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的HR、PaO2、PaCO2及RR水平明显优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对 照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者，积极展开无创呼吸机治疗，可显著改善患者肺功能及生存质量，且安全性高，值得临床应用与推广。

Clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated

with severe respiratory failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with severe respiratory failure. Methods Forty patients with COPD complicated with severe respiratory failure admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received symptomatic treatment, and the observation group accepted noninvasive ventilator therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05)). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of HR, PaO2, PaCO2 and RR were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05)). Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of COPD complicated severe respiratory failure can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life for the patients, it has high safety, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
