艾灸冶疗原发性痛经的疗效及护理干预探讨

摘要：

目的 分析艾灸冶疗原发性痛经的疗效及护理干预探讨。方法 选择2015年3月至2016年5月我院收治的122例原发性痛经患者为研究对象，依据信封随机分组方案分为常规组与试验组，每组61例。常规组给予痛经宝颗粒口服（行常规护 理），试验组给予中医艾灸治疗（行艾灸护理、经期护理和饮食护理）。比较两组治疗效果。结果 两组的治疗总有效率分别为 95.08%与78.69%，两组治疗总有效率比较，差异显著（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组VAS评分均显著降低，试验组的VAS评分低于 常规组（P<0.05）。结论 对原发性痛经患者实施艾灸治疗的临床疗效显著，操作较为简便，同时结合科学有效的临床护理方 案，有利于提高疗效，改善患者疼痛症状，促进患者生活质量的提高。

Curative effect of moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and nursing intervention discussion

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the curative effect of moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and discuss the nursing intervention. Methods A total of 122 patients of primary dysmenorrhea treated in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects, patients were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to envelope random grouping scheme, with 61 cases in each group. The conventional group was given Tongjingbao granule with oral (received traditional nursing), the experimental group was given Chinese moxibustion treatment (received moxibustion nursing, menstrual nursing and diet nursing). The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 95.08% and 78.69% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups significantly decreased, and the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea has remarkable clinical curative effect, with simple operation, combined with scientific and effective clinical care at the same time is beneficial to the improvement of the treatment effect, improve the patients`` pain symptoms and quality of life.
