产房护理安全管理在产妇分娩中的应用分析

摘要：

目的 研究分析产房护理安全管理在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法 选取2016 年1 月1 日至2016 年6 月30 日我院收治 的产妇213 例为本次研究对象，按照入院后采用的护理方式的不同分成对照组和观察组。对照组106 例产妇采用优质护理， 观察组107 例产妇在此基础上加强护理安全管理，对比两组产妇护理满意度及护理风险事件发生情况。结果 统计两组护理 满意度，观察组达到94.39%，对照组达到87.74%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组产妇护理操作风险事件总发生率 为2.80%，低于对照组的12.26%（P<0.05）。结论 产房护理安全管理在产妇分娩中的应用效果显著，可有效降低风险事件发 生率，提高了产房安全性和产妇护理满意度，值得临床进一步推广。

Application analysis of nursing safety management in delivery room during maternal childbirth

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effects of maternity nursing safety management in delivery room. Methods Two hundred and thirteen cases of maternals admitted in our hospital from January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016 were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing methods after admission. One hundred and six cases in the control group were given high quality nursing care, while 107 cases in the observation group were given maternity care management on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of maternals and incidence of nursing risk events were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group reached 94.39% , and the control group was 87.74% , the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). The overall incidence rate of maternals nursing risk events in the observation group was 2.80%, which was lower than 12.26% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Delivery room nursing safety management has significant application effect in maternals`` delivery, it can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events, improve the safety of delivery room and maternals`` nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
