叶酸片联合胰岛素强化治疗在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的临床应用

摘要:
目的 探讨叶酸片联合胰岛素强化治疗在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的临床效果。方法 选取2016 年1 月至2017 年1月我 院诊治的60 例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各30 例。对照组采用基础糖尿病治疗联合口 服安慰剂,试验组患者采用叶酸片联合胰岛素强化治疗。比较两组患者空腹血糖、血清MDA 及SOD 水平、眼底检查情况。结果 治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖和血清MDA 水平均下降,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的血清SOD 的水 平均升高,且试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。糖尿病视网膜病变分期显示试验组Ⅰ期患者数量多于对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者 数量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用叶酸片联合胰岛素强化治疗,能够有效提升患者的预后。

Clinical application of folic acid tablets combined with insulin intensified therapy in patients with diabetic retinopathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin intensified therapy and folic acid tablets in diabetic retinopathy. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic retinopathy accepted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with a combination of basic diabetes treatment and oral placebo, and the experimental group was treated with folic acid tablet combined with insulin intensified therapy. The fasting blood glucose, serum MDA and SOD and fundus examination were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose levels and serum MDA levels of the two groups decreased, and those of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05); the serum SOD level of the two groups increased, and that of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Stages of diabetic retinopathy showed that the number of patients with stage Ⅰ in the experimental group was more than that of the control group, the numbers of patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ in the experimental group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of folic acid tablets combined with insulin intensified therapy for patients with diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients.
