小儿支原体肺炎采用布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗的疗效探究

摘要：

目的 探究布地奈德雾化吸入法对小儿支原体肺炎（MP）的临床疗效。方法 将在我院就诊的120 例小儿MP 患者随机 分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予阿奇霉素抗感染治疗，观察组则在此基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗，对比两组临床效 果。结果 观察组患儿的咳嗽、喘息、胸部体征消失时间及胸部X 线好转时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组临床 总有效率为96.7%，明显高于对照组的81.7%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组中性粒细胞绝对值和C 反应蛋白水平均降低，且观察组低 于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 小儿MP 采用布地奈德雾化吸入法治疗，能够改善患儿咳嗽、喘息等症状，缩短住院时间。

Therapeutic effect study of budesonide inhalation in children with mycoplasma pneumonia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalation in children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MP). Methods A total of 120 children with MP who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given azithromycin anti-infection treatment, while the observation group used budesonide atomization inhalation treatment on the basis of the control group, then the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of cough, wheezing, chest signs and improvement of chest X-ray and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 81.7% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the neutrophil absolute value and C-reactive protein level significantly decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation applied in the treatment of children with MP can improve clinical symptoms such as cough and wheezing.
