红花注射液联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死的临床观察

摘要：
目的 分析老年脑梗死应用红花注射液联合康复治疗的有效性。方法 选取90 例我院2015 年1 月至2017 年1 月收治的 老年脑梗死患者，根据患者入院时间先后将其分为研究组和对照组，各45 例。对照组患者只进行康复治疗，研究组患者在此基 础上加用红花注射液治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果 治疗后，两组患者的hs-CRP、VEGF 及TGF-β1 水平，NIHSS 及Barthel 评分 均显著改善，且研究组患者的上述指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的75.56%（P<0.05）。结论 红花注射液联合康复治疗能够有效降低老年脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP 水平，改善神经功能，提高疗效。

Clinical observation of safflower injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on senile cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of safflower injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on senile cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 90 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected, and divided into study group and control group according to the patients`` admission time, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with rehabilitation, while the study group was treated with safflower injection on this basis, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the hs-CRP, VEGF and TGF-β1 levels, NIHSS and Barthel scores of both groups significantly improved, and the above indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 75.56% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Safflower injection combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively reduce the level of serum hs-CRP, improve the neurological function and clinical efficacy in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
