中医综合疗法治疗76 例急性缺血性中风的临床观察

摘要：

目的 分析中医综合疗法治疗急性缺血性中风的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的76 例急性缺血性中风患者为研究对 象，按治疗方法将其分为观察组（n=46）和参照组（n=30）。参照组采用常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予补阳还五汤 和中医针灸醒脑开窍法进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.65%，高于参照组的 86.67%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的MBI 及NIHSS 评分均较治疗前改善，且观察组的MBI 及NIHSS评分及其改善程度明显优 于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 中医综合治疗方法应用于急性缺血性中风患者的临床效果显著，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical observation on 76 cases of acute ischemic stroke treated by comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Seventy-six patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (n=46) and reference group (n=30) according to treatment methods. The reference group received routine treatment, and the observation group accepted Buyang Huanwu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion for resuscitation based on the reference group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%, which was higher than 86.67% of the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, the MBI and NIHSS scores of the two groups improved than those before treatment, and the MBI and NIHSS scores and their improvements of the observation group were better than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with acute ischemic stroke has remarkable clinical therapeutic effect, which has high clinical application value.
