综合护理干预对高龄慢性心力衰竭患者各项指标的影响

摘要：
目的 分析综合护理干预对高龄慢性心力衰竭患者SAS、SDS、LVEF、6 min 步行距离（6 MWD）及生活质量的影响。方法 将 2015 年7 月至2016 年7 月我院收治的高龄慢性心力衰竭患者150 例随机划分为对照组（给予常规护理）与研究组（给予综 合护理干预），各75 例。比较两组患者的SAS、SDS、LVEF、6 MWD 及生活质量等各项指标。结果 护理后，两组患者的SAS、
SDS 评分均改善，且研究组优于对照组；两组患者的LVEF、6MWD 及MHL 评分均改善，且研究组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预在高龄慢性心力衰竭患者中具有极高的应用价值，有利于改善患者临床各项指标。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on various indexes in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on SAS, SDS, LVEF, 6 min walking distance (6MWD) and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods From July 2015 to July 2016, 150 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (given routine nursing) and study group (given comprehensive nursing intervention), with 75 cases in each group. The SAS and SDS scores, LVEF, 6MWD and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, SAS and SDS scores improved in both groups, and those of the study group were superior to the control group; the LVEF, 6MWD and MHL scores in both groups improved, and those of the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has extremely high application value in elderly patients with chronic heart failure, which is benefit to improve the clinical indicators.
