被动体位舒适护理在玻璃体切割眼内填充术后的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨玻璃体切割眼内填充术后被动体位舒适护理的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的视网膜脱离患者80 例为研 究对象，随机分为常规组与舒适组，各40 例。常规组采取常规护理，舒适组采取被动体位舒适护理。比较两组患者的护理效 果。结果 舒适组患者的GCQ、满意度评分、每日平均睡眠时间、住院时间均优于常规组（P<0.05）。舒适组各项不适反应发生 率均明显低于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 被动体位舒适护理可提高玻璃体切割眼内填充术患者术后舒适 度，降低术后并发症发生率，值得临床应用。

Application effect of passive body position comfortable nursing applied after vitrectomy intraocular filling surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of passive body position comfortable nursing after vitrectomy intraocular filling surgery. Methods Eighty cases of patients with retinal detachment in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into conventional group and comfortable group, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with conventional nursing, the comfortable group was treated with passive body position comfortable nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the comfortable group, the scores of GCQ and satisfaction, the daily average sleep time, hospitalization time were better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The incidences of discomfort in the comfortable group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Passive body position comfortable nursing can improve the postoperative comfort in patients with vitrectomy intraocular filling surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
